I’ve finished my EMBA!
LinkedIn Post is available here.
A few years ago, I moved to Serbia and had to start a lot of things from scratch. New country. New people. New routines. And, honestly, a lot of uncertainty.
And also feeling that I stuck professionally. I had many years of experience behind me, but not enough clarity about where I wanted to grow next. I needed fresh thinking, strong, smart, high-energy people around me I could learn from, and a better understanding of myself.
That is what this EMBA journey gave me.
This program helped me reconnect with my own strengths. It helped me see more clearly what I do well, where I still need to grow, and what kind of work truly gives me energy and meaning.
But even more than that, it gave me people.
Our cohort brought together people from different countries, industries, and life stories. That diversity made the learning and conversations deeper and experience richer. What I will remember is not only the lectures, but also the teamwork, the stress before deadlines, the jokes, the chats, the memes, and the feeling that we were going through something important together.
I’m deeply grateful to all our professors, the administration, and everyone who built ESEM Business School with such care, ambition, and heart. Creating a place like this in Serbia and on the Balkans is not just about education. It is about opening new futures for people and for the region.
I’d especially like to thank Prof. dr Ana B. BOVAN and Natasa Djurdjevic for their constant support, guidance, and for encouraging me to keep moving forward.
And it feels especially meaningful to celebrate this graduation in the year ESEM marks its 5th anniversary. Happy anniversary, and thank you for building a community that already means so much to so many of us!
I’m leaving this chapter with an EMBA diploma.
But even more importantly, I’m leaving with clarity, friendship, and a community I truly hope to stay close to for many years.
Congratulations to our EMBA class and thank you for the journey!
